Artifact CMM-Check 3.0 with option RT, compact artifact in one-piece design for standard-compliant monitoring and intermediate testing of tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMM) with Rotary Table (RT).

A usable measuring volume of at least 500 x 500 x 500 mm is required for the application.

For CMMs up to the minimum limit value MPE E0: 0.5 μm + L/500 (L = Length in mm)

• Sphere, Diameter 25 mm
• 2 additional spheres for rotary table (RT), Diameter 25 mm
