Artifact Entry-Check 1.0, compact starter artifact for monitoring and intermediate check of tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

A usable measuring volume of at least 500 x 500 x 500 mm is required for the application.

For CMMs up to the minimum limit value MPE E0: 1.0 μm + L/350 (L = Length in mm)

Included in the package:

• Gauge Blocks, Length 50, 150 and 300 mm
• Setting Ring, Diameter 30 mm
• Sphere, Diameter 25 mm
• Accredited calibration of all standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
• Robust transport case with lock and foam insert
• Elevation column for measurement in Z-axis direction
• Alignment unit (angle template and angle indicator)
• Evaluation software CMM Monitoring Tool including dongle license from eumetron GmbH

Styli Not included in the package. Contact ZEISS for recommended styli for your sensor.
