Artifact Pro-Check 1.0, flexible artifact holder for standard-compliant monitoring and intermediate testing of tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Accomidates the use of step gauges from the manufacturers ZEISS, ITS and KOBA in lengths of 300 to 700 mm.

A usable measuring volume of at least 500 x 500 x 500 mm is required for the application.

• Accredited calibration of all standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
• Styli for XT and XXT sensors
