Artifact Pro-Check 1.0 with option RT, flexible usable artifact for standard-compliant monitoring and intermediate testing of tactile coordinate measuring machines (CMM) with Rotary Table (RT).

Accomidates the use of step gauges from the manufacturers ZEISS, ITS and KOBA in lengths of 300 to 700 mm.

A usable measuring volume of at least 500 x 500 x 500 mm is required for the application.

• Setting Ring, Diameter 50 mm
• Sphere, Diameter 25 mm
• 2 additional spheres for rotary table (RT), Diameter 25 mm
• Accredited calibration of all standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
